what if this is how "Gun Control" can make the population healthier and reduce crime?

What if... What if a country were to restrict pregnancy by implanting IUD's developed by said country's government specifically so only they, the government, can remove them? Male and female alike? Maybe males only... Essentially, making citizens steril throughout their childhood and until they desire to procreate and have a family.  Those wishing to procreate must meet and present criteria set forth by the government. Stable home, stable jobs, living together longer that 2 years, not on probation, stable physical and mental health - as examples.  The purpose of these restrictions are to reduce childhood abuse and the effects of childhood abuse on adulthood.  After a period of time, the general population as a whole would be healthier and crime would be reduced.  Is this proposition evil or morally wrong?

Learning Through

A lesson is to learn, Every day that passes by, Down in the depths of our souls, Waiting for you to find. It takes a special person, To look beyond closed doors, To seek the true meaning, Of what we hold in store. Knowing that the outcome, May make or break your fall, Being the stronger person, To sit back and take it all. Unaware of the consequences, Of choices you’ve made in life, Not knowing what can happen, How life overflows with strife, No matter how bad things get, A lesson you will always find, Uncovering the comforting truth, Unchaining the captive mind.

The Dark

Where’s the light? The sun rises above the mountain every morning But yet my path cannot be seen I light my candle and the cold wind like a black wolf Runs off with my only hope Wandering in the dark in every direction Not a sound fills the air Nothing familiar Except the darkness

Morning Dream Mist

In the morning, At the break of dawn, Waking up to an empty room, An empty bed, Rekindling fragments of lost dreams, Vanquished by thoughts of who he could be.  Yearning to just run away, Gliding down an endless passage that would lead to eternal ecstasy, Happiness that would last forever, Bound as one, Without change, Without time. Indulging in the vast sweetness that exists in mind’s abyssal crevices. Locked out for those to see or not to see. Waking up and realizing that the moment of happiness was just a figment, Blurred by a satisfying imagination, A moment worth dying for, Oh to dream.

The Overthought Dream

Do we ever really see, Through the mist beneath the deep, Or do we overlook reality, So true our dreams can keep? Spinning of the mind, Thoughts of thought run deep, Wishing to know the thought, Of the keeper of this key. Waiting for a move, A glance, a smile, a gesture, Every day seems the same, No nothing, alone forever. Feelings of regret, Found lost, yet found again, Arrows in every direction, Yet the way is still the same. I may want the dream, To unite with my one What if his moves are bewildering Will Directions repel, what if I run?
